07.10.11 - Hats

We took the kids outside briefly this morning before the heat settled in for the day. Nate put on his own shoes and Angie lathered on the sunscreen but before heading out the door, he stopped to grab one of my Reds hats that was nearby.

We used a portion of our tax refund to buy a couple of outdoor toys - a new wagon and this sandbox. So far, it's been a big hit. It's occupied Maddie and Nate for at least 30 minutes on two different occasions.

While I was busy taking pictures, Nate's swing came to a stop. So, Maddie reached over and gave him a little push. Despite the devilish look, she really was being nice!
